The Left, the Democratic Party, NAACP, LULAC, American GI Forum, etc. encourages it. As long as they can make minorities feel resentful while paying them off with Affirmative Action perks, guilting self-hating white liberals over history, they can keep us devided and men like US Congressman Solomon Ortiz (D) TX (Hispanic Caucus) in power and waiting to draw his $10M federal pension.
