Honestly , I know a few Asian Girls, they have the same problem, Now I'm just being honest, Like I'm going to be with you.. You are probably a very pretty girl anyway, so don't try to apply something somewhere it dosen't fit.. Sorry, But you skin tone is already beautiful, Sometimes you have to use what you have, I bet your hair is shiney and pretty, Just use a little beige tone eye shadow , curl you eyelashes, with an eyelash curler , apply a small amount of mascara , a dab of lip-stick and I bet you will be just georgeous . I sure you would look much better with as little make up as possible ,
Great Question
Good Luck

With eyeliner..close one eye and with the other open apply it. For Asian eyes I think that a dark liquid eyeliner on top with a medium thick line and wings out on the outer corner of the eye is gorgeous. Don't bother applying eyeliner on the bottom lid..but if you do using a pencil looks best because it isn't as harsh..and two harsh lines can close the eye. As for your eyelashes, you can go to a salon and get eyelash extensions that last for quite awhile. However, if you have sensitive eyes they may irritate them. They aren't that expensive at all either. When using mascara, use a lengthening/volumizing formula. Actually, I've found that curling mascara such as Sky High Curves by Maybelline lengthens very well, as well as curls. I start from the inside corner and work my way out. I apply several coats without letting each coat dry. The tips of eyelashes are practically invisible, so really work the mascara wand at the very tip to give more length. Also, really work from the base of the lash up. My mascara wand usually touches the upper rim of my lid and I curl the wand inward as I stroke it up. Then I work on the upper parts of the lashes. I hope this helps a bit!!!

I've seen asian girls put the liner on the crease of the eyelid so it actually shows and enlarges the eye.

avoid using liquid eyeliner. go for pencil and pul a thick line and then take a smudger pencil brush available at any makeup outlit. smudge your pencil line upwards. then apply a liquid liner.
try to use kajol(kohl) in your eye. your small eyes will stand out more.

Yes it does; why don't you just buy an Asian fashion magazine? I have lots of those and the girls are able to wear eyeliner.
You are not looking hard enough.
