I am 3 months pregnant and I want to know if it is normal for me to have pains after having sexual intercourse? When me and my finance finished I started having sharp pains on my left side close to the bottom of my stomach. I have never felt it before until after we finish. I know that it can happen once you are up in your months but is it normal since I am only 3 months.?

The pains may or may not be normal, you should call the hospital and ask to talk with an oncall nurse, explain the situation and see what they think, other than that obstain from sex, get an appointment with your prenatal doctor as soon as you can and try not to stress out.

It's not so normal in early pregnancy but it can still happen. You should probably wait until you talk to your doctor before you try again.

Your uterus contracts when you have an orgasm. Mine was so hard and felt weird after. I think it's normal but you should talk to your doc anyway.

not for me, I was a FRRREEEEEK when I was pregnant! We're all different, so why shouldn't sex be different for each of us. This is the time to try new things.

I wouldn't take any chances. Refrain from sex for the time being and talk to your ob/gyn.
