Tell her to get a grip. Myspace is completely safe. That usually works. If not, just make one and don't tell her. You'll be fine.

well i had the same prob and i made the mistake of makeing one behind her back but after i showed her that my profile was set to private and i had no unsafe suggestive pic and all the content was safe and i knew who all my friends and contacts were on the site she let me keep it...good luck

It helps you contact friends...you don't need to put a picture on there and if you do it can be a good picture. You don't have to put your name or information on there, and you can set your profile as private so only people that you want can see it.
