Well - you didn't say any thing about how formal the party is... but in general, I would wear something that attracts attention - show those body parts that get people interested.
And perhaps more importantly - see if you can direct them under the mistletoe... and give 'em a smooch... throw in a little tongue and see what happens from there.

Your clothes should wear you, not you wear your clothes. Wear what compliments your shape, color that brightens your face, style that will make him take notice and melt and smile and attitude that shows confidence and interest. The smile and expression of the eyes is really the best ' thing to wear '...that and and being nice interesting company. Other question...what might he be wearing to impress and draw you in ?

recommendation=halter v-scoop top with very very tight jeans. 1-3 sizes smaller than your normal size.

Just be yourself. dont try to impress him much. if he finds out that you are dressing so nicely only to impress him, then your done for. so, just be yourself.
