I'm 16 and ever since i could pull my skin back it has been there. I am a virgin. It's never been sore it's just there ya know.

Registered Nurse here; It's probably a small abrasion or a pimple, however watch it closely, should it increase in size, increase in redness, become sore, you began to run a fever even if low grade temperature, have nausea or vomiting. Or a general feeling of fatigue. Seek medical attention immediately. For our nation is being swept with staph infection that starts as you described, and turns into a abscess. Requires a Incision and drainage. For our antibiotics today cannot reach the cell of this bacteria. Please observe for the symptoms I gave you and should one or more occur. if its red its not good you need to be more thuroug in your cleaning before you get to infected
