When I purchased my xbox a few years ago I decided not to get the Xbox that could play dvd's but now I would like it to be able movies. Is there an adaptor that I can buy to make my console play dvd's? Thanks!

Yes, if you go to a store, there is a DVD Movie Playback kit. It comes with a remote and a remote receiver that plugs into your controller port.

Yes, in fact, all you have to do is buy this certain add-on (which I forgot the name of) and a remote, which can be found anywhere, and I mean anywhere, and you can start playing dvda.

Yeah there's a movie playback kit you can get it at wal-mart ask them for it =)
