I did that with my S10 truck a few years ago. i ran out of gas and all I had was the 2 stroke gas for my MX bike that was mixed with Klotz oil. It smelled pretty good for awhile but no damage.

At 50 to one even a gallon or two of gas isn t gong to do any harm. Back when outboards ran a quart to six gallons 25 to one +- they smoked a lot. Some oil forums suggest a couple of ounces of the oil to 15 gallons of car gas will help lube things and cause no harm. I don t suggest it.

not necessarily engine damage per se,BUT, it can coat, and or otherwise damage your O2 sensor, and ,in sufficient quantity, foul your plugs. O2 sensors that are coated with foreign matter can be damaged so that they react slowly, or not at all, this will have an adverse effect on engine operation/performance, preventing the computer from going into 'closed loop mode', this effects performance, causes driveability problems, and can cause other engine, emission control, and/or exhaust problems. In short, unless absolutely necessary(and I do not see why it would be), I would suggest that you never resort to this action based on the afore mentioned reasons. Hope this answers your question adequately.

Holy Mackerel! The final time I ever heard of having to blend oil into the gas for lubricating an inner combustion engine replaced into for my dad's little 2 a million/2 H.P. *Evinrude* outboard motor for his rowboat skiff. I *think of* it replaced right into a 2-cycle engine. This replaced into way, before interior the 1930's. i do no longer think that i've got come throughout the time of yet another gas fueled engine when you consider that then that demands *oil* to be jumbled in with the gas. i've got had *Lawnboy* pushmowers, and all i mandatory to do to get them to paintings completely replaced into to substantiate the crankcase replaced into crammed with the right lubricating oil; and the gas tank had adequate organic, unadulterated gas in it to do the activity.

The only thing that I can think of is it will smoke. But that depends on how much you put in it. Why are you putting 2 cycle oil in your car?

Depends on volume. a small amount will not be a problem a large amount may fowl the plugs and carbon up the cylinders or fowl the Catylic converter. the solutin is dilution.

Not unless you mix a lot of it in. that is how we used to get rid of old chain saw gas and never had any ill effects

it won't hurt it as long as it's just a gallon or two. might actually help lube the engine parts that are always seeing just gas. they make stuff to add to gas that you run through that way.

No , it might smoke a little because it now has too much oil but that wont last long.
