check if the song has fully downloaded, if not, it shall not appear in the library
It must say verifying contents,then complete in the status symbol for it to appear in the library.

Click on the name of the song and then click on the download button.It starts downloading, at least mine does.

try going to tools in your windows media player and doing a media search of your whole comp. They might not be going where you think they are.

i would check c:\doccuments and seetings\whatevernameususe\shared
whatevernameuseuse = yer name thats the default saving dir
if not then check windows firewall
