I am planning on wearing a black turtle neck with a below the knee black lace skirt. Shoes that cover my toes look funny with the skirt. I live in Memphis, so it going to be like 57 degree's tomorrow. Not too cold. But I was wonder if it's okay to wear open toed dressy sandals with the skirt, even tho it's the end of December. I'm planning on going to Christmas Parties and MidNight Mass so it's kinda dressy. THANKS!

I know it's too late, but I'll still answer. I think it's fine. Nothing wrong with open toed shoes.

It is okay but peep toe pumps would be more appropriate, I think. But with the outfit you described, the sandals would be lovely. The peep toes would look better with it though.

sure you can....wear a pair of off black pantyhose with them...should make you outfit perfect
