Depends on their circumstances.

Some people want the newest gadget or toy, superficial material things.

Some people's lives would be made if they could just get a roof over their head, or stop being abused.

The best gift to give someone for the holidays is to spend quality time with the person that you love and make them feel special.

Best thing? hmm... depends on the person. Some people would luv getting a whole 2 rule or something, and others would rather not hav that responsibitliy. And i think luv is a thing 2 get all the time, not just the hlidays. so, i think the gift should b a enjoyable surprise.

I'm pretty sure I actually received the best gift ever this year from one of my good friends. She came over a few days ago and cleaned my house from top to bottom and then left a crockpot full of food for me, which is made better by the fact that she's an awesome cook. I don't need any "stuff," and it really made my day (plus it made it easier to have company who was coming the next day).

There are many ways to show love and that gift should be everyday. However this one day I would say thoughtfullness. If itz for a special person, it would have to be something they mentioned at one point, like a favorite book, and u got them the special edition, or say they wanted to go to Paris and u can't afford a ticket, take them somewhere that'll make them feel like they're in Paris. U get my drift.

Love and care would be the correct answer. Truly it is the reason for the season, even if you're not a religious person.

Kindness from strangers as well as family. Some people are just rude this time of year and need to take it easy!

Also, the ability to be with family and sharing priceless memories.

Loved ones gathered around & a sense of peace that somehow, someday, someway all we go through (both good & bad) has a reason. W/o purpose there can be no peace.
