I'm not quite sure what it is exactly you're asking, your question is very confusing.
Yes, we all have 24 hours in one day, but some of us work more hours then others (I, for one, work at least 12 hours a day.), have more to do (kids, hobbies, etc...) then others. So what are we falling back on? If you mean the decline in our society ... I think it has a lot to do with the media and all the depraved stuff that our kids grow up subjected to.

If not, then oh well, clarify please!

Its either time for me to go to bed or I just didn't quite understand what you were asking, I think I will just go to bed. Do you mean daylight in a day, then no people in the mountain valleys have less "day" then people that live in the plains, and if you live in Alaska sometimes you don't have a day at all. There I tried- good nite

while we all have the same minutes in a day,,, we each all have different amount of things to do, or it takes us different amounts of time to do things,,,,, our days get busier and busier , if thats what you meant? wasnt sure on the question
