I can't remember much about it at all. I believe it was on the disney channel but I'm not sure. The only two details I recall is that it was about a family and the show mainly centered around this girl. I vaguely remember the main character (the girl) always sitting at her window seat at some point in each episode and discussing her problems to the moon (sounds dumb but i swear some show like this was on). I also remember that each member of the family had "double" names. like you know when someone would be named lets say (not the name of one of the characters just an example) elizabeth anne and anne is apart of the first name, not the actual middle name.
this sounds dumb but i really cant remember this show and it has been bugging me for the longest time...

omg I loved that show but I cant remember the name they were really country , had a accent.I remember the red couch and the little boy's name was Chucky Lee and they had a man that rented the basement, wasn't he the man who played Gidgets dad on Gidget? I will try to remember if I can I will put more info

Oh, crud...yeah, the mom was VERY southern...and she was alone with five kids or something. The girl would sit there and talk in that southern accent about what she had learned. Okay, so now.... I can't think of it. It was a good show, too. Yep, Torkelsons...that's it. Good question...

I remember that show you are talking about....one of the daughters was named Dorothy Jane and there were like 5 or 6 kids and they had southern accents....i think there last name was Torkerson or something like that but i can not think of the name of the show.....thanks for the flashblack...i love late 80's/ and 90's shows!! They rock!!
