I believe Santa Claus is real.
I do not know if I have ever seen Santa Claus, though I think I have. I know that the presents Santa Claus has given me over the years, though they may bear his name, they were always signed in handwriting that seemed much as my mother's handwriting might be. The year I wanted a train set, I was given a scarf to wrap about my neck, and mittens to wear over my gloves to keep my hands warm. The gifts seldom were those things I asked Santa for in my letters, but that did not deter me from writing my letter to Santa every year. I just thought that Santa was very busy and that any gift I received was something special, no matter how silly it might have seemed, because it was a gift that I would not have gotten if there were no Santa Claus. I am old, now. My knees ache from standing at a job for too many hours every day through the year. My child is in college. She has told me that the presents which Santa leaves her under our Christmas tree are signed in a handwriting that looks an awful lot like my handwriting. I suppose it might be that Santa Claus signs his name just as I might sign mine, or you sign yours... but no matter the appearance of his signature, of his penmanship, of the presence of toys or socks, I believe that Santa Clause visits the hearts and lives of all those who believe.

Ho ! Ho! Ho! Merry Christmas kmkinluv! Santa, here, and I can't wait to start my journey tomorrow night to bring presents to all the good girls and boys all over the world!! The elves have the presents wrapped, Mrs. Claus has my blanket ready, and my suit is pressed!
Rudolph will lead the reindeer this year, and he is supposed to be asleep, resting up, but I know he is out in the manger playing reindeer games! Ever since that foggy night, when I asked him to light the way with his bright nose, the other reindeer want to play with him, I have to make them go to bed at night!
So, kmkinluv, have you been naughty or nice? Did you send old Santa a list? I have to check all the lists twice tonight, so if you forgot to mail me, just think of what you want, put your finger by your nose, and nod. Ho, Ho, Ho, Santa doesn't need a computor! Sorry Yahoo! I just am here on Answers! to say,' I am real!'

Yeah, he sleeps outside in the park all the time with his bottle of whiskey. He also say " cough, cough cough!"
