my sis loves fall out boy and i want 2 get her an autograph from them. but not ebay. (went there) and i want to get something big not guitar pick or drumsticks.

First, make friends with Paris Hilton.
Secondly, get invited to one of her parties. Fall Out Boy will be there, most likely the dude that looks like a chick. Or the one with the hat. Same difference.
Third, run up to them madly and bombard he/she/it with papers and a sharpie.

you can meet them at your local gay pride parade.
kidding, kidding, dont get pissed off ppl.
when bands tour, they tend to do "meet and greets" before and after their gigs. check out their website and fan pages, and theres a good chance that the morning of their concert in your area, they might be at a local music store. also, look at who's sponsoring their tours, they might make appearances for that company also.
