Err . . . I don't want to write a book. I usually hang out in Singles and Dating (or I have been lately) and I see a lot of questions like:
"I like this girl/guy, but they have a bf/gf. What should I do?" You should forget them and move on!
"I like this girl, but she told me that she doesn't like me. How do I win her over?" You can't, so you may as well give up and move on!
"Should I go back to my ex? He's cheated on me three times and he has a girlfriend, but I still like him . . ." Get a life, and move on!
"I weigh 280 lbs . . . am I fat?" Hell yes!
"Do guys like it when girls play hard to get?" NO!
"Would a guy slap a girl if she slapped him?" I sure hope so!
"How do I send an email?" Well, you figured out how to use Answers, didn't you? It's kinda the same thing!
Oh, in the math section, you see a lot of "What's 1+1/2+2?" questions.
In men's health, you see questions like "I have blood in my semen. Should I see a doctor?" or "I have a terrible pain in my stomach. [no details] What could it be?" Sometimes there are legitimate questions, but the answers just suck. People that have no clue what they're talking about will often chime in.
I could really go on at length about this. People are generally pretty stupid. I like to help them out, but sometimes I think that I can't write enough advice to help. And even if I could, they wouldn't read it. I try anyway though. Whenever someone learns something that will improve their life from me, it makes me feel better about the times I've failed.

I can't remember the dumbest or the smartest because there are too many things
One dumb thing that stands out to me are super skinny girls asking if they are fat. I got sick of the diet&fitness section because of that.
The smartest things I've seen have been in the Education & Reference section, but I can't remember any particular questions or answers at this moment.

The dumbest thing I have seen was when someone asked the question 'what is your shoe size' and people were giving thumbs up or down. It seemed like a really stupid thing to do.
As for the smartest...well..I can't think of one.

I think all the things with people being like, "Am I fat?" "Am I ugly?" and then posting pictures of someone else are annoying [therefore dumb].
