Your computer has been infected with spyware that is causing that notice to pop up. You need to load and run a good antivirus/anti-spyware program, such as Symantic, McAfee or BitDefender. If you run Windows XP, Microsoft has a free spyware product called Windows Defender. You can go to the link below to download it.

You can use SpyWare Begone and Zone Alarm. There are free versions that are available. Real good choices, in my opinion.
Check with your internet provider. They should have a fire wall. If not, you may want to switch to a provider that does (just added protection).
