That is an IPv6 address. You are using Teredo tunneling, which connects IPv4 computers to the IPv6 network.
Though I have to admit, that last IP address does not look like a standard IPv6 address, the rest of them look like standard IPv6 addresses in the form of:
4136::63bf:3fff:fdd2
Where the :: construct means a set of 0000's sufficient to fill out the rest of the IP address.
It looks like the 10.1.1.4 in the third IP address is where Windows failed to obfuscate the originating IP address. This is probably a bug in the implementation.

from your screenshot your internal ip LAN address is :
10.1.1.4
this is the ip that other pc's within your LAN would access you with
To see the external ip (the WAN ip address) that the others on the internet would see you with, just check the ip of your router. An easy way to do this would be to use a third party ip checking site in your internet browser such as :

strange looks like the phyical address has got all screwed up to correct this do the following from the dos prompt
netsh winsock reset reset
this should reset all the details back
also doing ipconfig /release
then ipconfig /renew should also help.
if that doesnt work all your network hardware has a unusall fault.

ipconfig is showing your LAN address only. It also shows your IPv6 address as well.
Use this address to find your IP Address:
