I love the art of giving. Lying about Santa isn't cool. I am now raising my Grandson and already says the word SANTA. I don't agree with delusion, period. But in the child's eyes, I don't think it's nice at all. Holidays are great. I love the festive activities and the moods. People seems to be more thoughtful of others. I do hate to see the greedy portion of this holiday. Greed is not my nature.

I dislike the self-centeredness of all the gift-receiving associated with Christmas.
I like the beauty of the music, the lights, and the celebration of the birth of Christ (though I recognize that he wasnt born on 25th dec).

I dont hate any holidays, but I dont give them any attention really. x-mas (like most holidays) are just an excuse to buy sh!t.
they have all become Hallmark (the card company) holidays....all about the consumerism

Its not that I HATE it, its just that I dont like the new commericialized holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas... etc... everything is commercialized.
