IE:
Press [home] icon 's arrow ,
Choose [Add or change Home page ]
Then everything you wanna set is there .
Other browser:
choose Tools>Preferences/Options>General/Main,then you can change your home page there.

go to the home page and look for where it says set as home page

Go to www.yahoo.com, then at the top of your browser page, to got tools, then to internet options, and where it says home page, click on use current.
