well one of you might have some heretofore unnoticed black ancestry but yes you have the right to have the child and yourself tested for matching genetics. however it will be hurtful, if you love the child and your wife, dont do it.

If you have your doubts, better to find out the truth now. But...it is not the childs fault should you find out you are not his father...to him you are still "daddy" no matter what. If this is an honest question i am sorry you have your doubts about your son. Do what you feel is best. To some guys, after raising the baby for 2 years, it may not matter if he was biologically yours, but to other guys this could prove to be a huge deal. Also i would want to know because that would mean your wife had an affair and you would have some marriage issues to work on. Good luck.

It's possible, I knew this one girl who had blond hair and blue eyes and so did her baby girl even though the daddy was BLACK like can't see him in the dark black. You do have the right to ask, but be easy about it. Think back around the time your son was conceived. If you have your doubts and you must know, do a DNA test but if it turns out he really is yours you ruined the trust between you and your wife. If it's negative then she ruined the trust but remember you've been in this little boy's life since day one. Any male can stick his penis in a girl and father a child it takes a real man to be a daddy.

Im sorry if Im taking this the wrong way but "*****" REALLY sounds offensive some people are PO really quick. You could have said something like, he looks a colored baby. But why are you even asking this question does it really matter. I mean of coures it matters but what if the baby wasnt yours would you love it any less?????????
That's the real question!!!!!!

Yes, you have a right to a DNA test to prove it also it's common for men to doubt whether their child is theirs or not. If it's yours your wife should not have a problem with this. It is also possible that either of you could have a black ancestor and the gene kicked in.

I am sure the boy already accepts you as his father and vice versa, so does it matter?
There is nothing worse than a unsettled mind full of destructive questions. Do some yoga.

IMHO, yes, you do have the right. You could also ask for a parternity test. Unless you or her has African American heritage, it's impossible for the child to look that way.

You can get a DNA test. Maybe one of you had a black relative somewhere in the family that you don't know about.
