Nope. The store is always dirty. The lines are always too long because there are never enough people working. It is not the place it was when Sam Walton was still alive. Seems like as soon as he died the whole place when down the tubes. They used to stock a lot of made in America products not now.
They treat their employees badly (this was not so when Sam Walton was in charge). They do their best to shut down small businesses (this has always been true) ,
And they attract a whole different type of shoppers. They treat you like your a criminal if your going to return things even if you have your receipt.

I suppose.
My children often receive many things from
Wal-Mart for their birthdays and other Holidays.
We have no compaints, but are very content,
especially my children with the things they
receive from Wal-Mart.
Good Question. Happy Holidays.

Love the Wal-Mart. Where else can you go at 3:30AM for a gallon of milk and come out with blue jeans, frozen pizza, car battery, dome tent, and a kayak paddle?
dam, forgot the milk!!
All you Target (we pronounce it Tarjay in honor of their French owners) fans out there:
For years the Salvation Army has been allowed to stand just outside Target stores, ring a bell, and smile as passersby toss in coins of varying amounts to help provide important services to homeless and poor people throughout the cold weather season across the United States. This year Target has changed its mind.

Recently we asked the local TARGET store to be a proud sponsor of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall during our spring recognition event.
We received the following reply from the local TARGET management: "Veterans do not meet our area of giving We only donate to the arts, social action groups, gay &lesbian causes, and education."

WickedGood, whats your beef with truckers? Don't they have needs to shop for too? How do you think the stuff gets there and to every other store? If you didn't grow it, it came on a truck. One of the reasons I love them so much is because they appreciate and provide access to truckers.

What's not to like? Prices falling all the time and those cuter than cute bright, yellow smiley faces. Good products. And not to forget those sweet, sweet old greeters at the door.
I did find out they are not so sweet if you are on your way out and the ringer goes off saying you might have something you didn't pay for. They turn into animals then. One old lady greeter held me down until security got there. NO, I didn't steal anything, it was something on my key chain.......But I still like the place.

Well yes, and no. I like it because you can find just about anything at a good price, but I hate it because if I just go in for toilet paper and toothpaste, I will come out with a butt load of stuff I wasn't planning on spending on!
