in what respect?
the tongue is the most used. the heart keeps everything going, but your thighs and buttocks are the largest "worker" muscle groups.
could you narrow the question a bit?

If you are talking about total strength, it would be the quadriceps or gluteus maximus, being the largest muscle in the body. The jaw muscles would also be considered strongest if you define it differently. It is not tongue as the tongue is made up of MANY muscles.
I'm actually quite surprised that no one would think of a leg muscle

There are several schools of thought on this subject depending on muscles or groups of muscles (heart, tongue, eye) and definition of strength
In terms of endurance the muscles of the heart win (but the muscles of the heart are Cardiac muscles not skeletal muscles)
In terms of popular belief or strength at birth the tongue wins
In terms of width (which allows more force) the glutius maximus wins
In terms of strength relative to weight the uterus wins
In terms of pure force the masseter (jaw) muscle wins
In terms of excess of strength and speed the muscles of the eye win
