Is there something that you fear? If so, why do you fear it? Was it something that happened? Or, just a fear that has always been there.

Well, to answer your question Uncle John (actually have an uncle named John) I used to be afraid of almost everything (except for things like spiders and snakes), but now, I am not afraid of anything. I am not un cautious around questionable people and I lock my doors, but I am not unnecissarily frightened by things. What I am afraid of is being normal/average, just another nondescript face in the crowd...

I really do not fear anything but fear itself, that upsets me the most. If I fear something that frightens me therefore I face my fears and then get over them. I hate to fear, so I refuse to accept that feeling. It was hard at first but I won over my fears, because I think the fear of G-D is more to he point, I dont fear G-D at all, and I believe that it would be wiser to know that if you are bad you are disappointing him so that would make me more sad than afraid, because I know there is no G-D in heaven that is hateful and unforgiving. So I dont fear him either. I love him.

Spiders!!! When I was about 12 or so, my brothers would chase me around the farm with them. Then I went and hid in my dads truck and they went and got about 15 spiders and put them on the truck (Barn Spiders and garden spiders) so i couldn't get out. Now I have 3 children and I have to control my fear, because I don't want them to freak out every time they see a spider, so I've learned to just squish them and then go in the bedroom and scream into my pillow and cry.

Snakes and aging.
I dnt know why. I've seen my mom and dad kill snakes and from then the fear has been there since then. Nothing happened to them, but the fear of something happening freaked me out. I'm afraid of aging because of society. They make it seem like aging is horrific

A fear of child abduction. My daughter was 5. She went to store in a nearby town with her grandmother and aunt. While walking down the isles, a man was following behind them and everytime my daughter turned around the guy would wisper come here and wave for her to come towards him. Thank god I had bought a stranger danger video with this space alian called Corky who did everything wrong and told the kids what to do to protect themself. My daugher told grandma what was doing on and they went to the security to tell them. Sercurity said because he actually didn't touch her there was nothing they could do. Well, Auntie not excepting this answer followed the guy around the store and he tried this on a number of other kids, auntie started yelling he is trying to get your child and chased the guy out of the store.

Being buried alive....any small space makes me feel like that.
I have to be able to see out the window at all times.
No planes, nothing high, or closed in. Definitely nothing
under ground. I couldn't even get my MRI, I had to take meds.
It's silly to think it's from my mom locking us kids in the
closet when we were small. But I can't go into the closet either.
I don't really know what the problem is, I just try to live with it.

afraid to not be wanted - was adopted as a child. Biological father denied paternity. Adopted parents split when i was young. Haven't really been in what you would call any good relationships. Just an endless cycle, i guess. Just makes me a little more scared of trusting someone. But oh well.

I don't know why, exactly, but when I was 13, I was afraid I wouldn't live past the age of 30. But I did. Now days, I'm afraid of being single for the rest of my life. I don't want to. I'm the last of my father's kids. I'm afraid of snakes, of getting lost and of being mistaken for someone else. Your turn. Felize Navida!

I am afraid of spiders, When I was 14ish, I was walking into the garage, and almost stepped on this huge spider, (the size of a golf ball) I missed it, and screamed. My mom came out and when they got the broom to squish it, millions of babies came pouring out (like in the movies) it was so freaky looking. So now, I am afraid of spiders.

I fear, being raped and not being able to talk my way out of it. I also fear getting molested by older men when I sleep, not that that is a problem, since I live with my sister & am a very light sleeper.
