For those of us old enough to remember, or for those younger viewers who watch a lot of VH1 classic video repeats, try to name a all time classic MTV video from the golden age, something made before 1990. It can be a personal favorite, or one you consider a all time classic.

Peter Gabriel.. "Sledgehammer".. went to Number 1 on rock n roll's hit list.. Also voted best video of 1986 (MTV) the animation was great in that video.. especially for 86'.
PS... I agree, AH HA's "Take On ME" video was very good too. Good, "live" animation. I used to "trip" out on it every time it came on... LOL

that became the golden age for me too. no laguna sea coast or parental administration. although they delivered decrease back headbangers ball on mtv2 its nonetheless not an same. no more desirable beavis and butthead. its basically all went downhill.
