Take a can of refrigerator dough, like Grands. Take all the dough and squeeze together then spread flat as one piece about a third of an inch thick. Don't work it too much or use a rolling pin. Warm up some Philly cheese spread in microwave to soften and spread on top of the dough. Spread a little jelly on top of the cheese. Then, roll the whole thing up fairly lightly like a log. Heat one inch of olive or veggie oil in skillet at just a notch under the highest range top setting. Slice the dough log into bread thick slices and fry in hot oil on both sides. This goes VERY quickly, VERY VERY quickly on the second side. Pull the golden brown yummies out of the oil with a holey spoon and drain. Room temp cool before wrapping in a serving dish to take. Merry Christmas to you and yours. (You get to name them.)

Take ham slices and a half sliver of pickle and cream cheese on the ham and roll it up. Put a tooth pick in it to hold it in the middle.
