If I ask you ', would u prefer a man who loves and loolk after for u or a man who has: good looks, money, charm etc but may make u unhappy in the future.' Why would a lot of people say the first man but they go for the second man. Is it because the second is more fun then a dependable friend or is it the money and good looks

i can only say i no ladies who go for money lets face it when you so rach men with models you know what they are after but just because a lady has long legs and is a size 8 dont make her a nice person to be with we all go for what we think will make us happy
if you are happy with yourself others will pick up on that and be drawn to you

Well, I can only tell you what I prefer. I prefer a real equal partner that we treat each other well, love each other, and make decisions about our future together. But there are a lot of women who are after the looks and the money. Now I've got to tell you, if a guy has zero personality, I don't give a crap how much money he has or doesn't have or if he is handsome or butt ugly, charm or not. He has to have brains and a personality.

I hear it over and over. When I was younger and now from younger women. I suppose it is the excitement that some women like.

I preferred dependable, he happed to also be good looking. That was nearly 30 years ago. ; )

I don't think you can categorise men just into the two types. I've gone out with good looking wealthy blokes, who quite literary have bored me stupid in no time at all. I've been out with men who have charmed me - and found out they charmed every woman they met (yes, that was a broken heart) finally I married the type that you say look after you and a dependable friend! As much as I love him - (and I've never been unfaithful and don't think I ever would) sometimes I crave for some excitement and a challenge. I think thats the answer!

I'd go for the good looking one for the short term fun because if I knew I was going to be unhappy in the future with him then I would dump him when things start getting 'unhappy' and then call up the first one! If only life were that easy!

I like total equality in a relationship...........i don't want someone that poses because of his looks or his money and accessories. I make the most of everything that i have and i'm sure the general female population prob feels the same.I don't think we can enjoy a meaningful relationship with someone that has everything.............i think we would always be worrying if they were trying to buy us rather than work at making the relationship.
