I can see how you would be feeling uncomfortable on so many levels. Not really knowing your dad and having him stay with you seems stressful to me too. You may not be in the mood for love making while he is there. If you think your relationship can handle abstaining for a week, I think that is best. Just think how "Hot" : ) it will be when your dad goes home. Yeah!

my opinion? he knows you have sex. i mean, it's obvious. you just met him, and you didn't explain that situation, so, if he hasn't been in your life by his own choice, then he doesn't have much say in the matter to judge what you do. on the other hand, it can come down to respecting a guest in your house.

currently my bf and i are temporarily staying with his mother. we have two kids and one on the way. she knows we have sex, and it doesn't bother her, but out of respect for her, we don't do it very often, and we are very, very quiet when we do. right now we're sleeping in the living room and believe me, it's sure is a mood buster to have the bf's mom walk in, even if it's dark and she doesn't realize that you're going at it. (she sometimes can't sleep at night and gets up and has a cigarette and gets on the computer for a little while--it doesn't bother us, she's quiet) it's actually quite amusing once you can look back on it.

i'd say if you absolutely have to, then just be quiet. if the bed makes noise, do it on the floor.

Why not? It's ur house and ypu should do what u want. Plus ur dad doesn't have th e right to judge you sense u just met him. It would be akward if he heard u so turn on the radio or something.

Ummmmm sure just dont be soooo loud and obvious about what u r doing! If u can do it without squeeking beds and banging walls and lots of moans and groans then sure go for it! BUT since u dont know your father well- u might just wanna hold offa a few days!

If you feel comfortable with knowing your dad might hear you sure why not. You have already done it anyways (you have a kid with the guy) So go ahead and have sex dont let a father you just met stop the fun ^^

Lets see, You are living together and you have a child, I think your dad has figured it out that you are having sex. Just be considerate and quiet when you do.

Personally, I wouldn't, especially since he's right next to your room.

well that's kinda weird and all, but i think it would be better to have sex while ur dad is out of the house cause that would be uncomfortable for him and that could cause some intimacy problems for you and your bf.

That's up to you. What's the difference since you are already living together and have a kid?

There is nothing wrong with having sex while your Dad is visiting you. It is up to you to make this decision. If it makes you uncomfortable, then don't do it.
