Does any1 here knows how to use Game Programming Starter Kit 5.0?

I have some problem... I bought this software, "Game Programming Starter Kit 5.0" but I don't know how it works... In it, it includes Dirext X 8.0 SDK... I can't even find the main programme after downloading the software! Please help me solve the problem... Thanks a lot and thank you for ur cooperation.

It's not a single integrated program. It includes a few programs including Microsoft Visual C++, and you'll need to know how to use that as well.
Read the documentation that came with the kit. You really need to gain some programming skills to do game programming... there is no simple program which you can use to create games.
