Wash your hands really well with lots of soap and hot water....better yet, go to your local pharmacy and buy a box of surgical gloves and use those to apply Ben Gay, Icy Hot, Flex All, etc). Works great for cleaning jalapenos too....

The elements in this are much like those in catnip. It is going to make your cat act crazy similar to the catnip does. Generally, my cat would now not even trouble with her catnip, but did like the muscle cream that my husband used. Be careful, even though it is "humorous" to observe, don't let your cat lick at it. It may be poisonous to your kitty. Although it's similar to catnip, there are materials on this that aren't safe for you cat.
