Or if you're gay, what do you do when a straight person hits on you?

Are you flattered, angry, curious or agry because you're a little curious?

depending on the situation or the circumstance, if you are neither gay or straight you just may say thanks for the compliment but I am in a relationship (to get out of it quickly and without having to tell your life story to a stranger) or you may have to explain that you are not gay/straight but thanks and still talk if possible or if interested you will have to say that you would love to have a drink and leave it at that. No need to get into the details of your love life when you first meet a person. Talk for a while you may find that you have nothing in common and want to move on to talk with another person.Just because a person from the opposite sex hits on you/ it is the same as if you hit on someone, expect the same reaction just be the other person. Don't be intimidated or afraid. Definitely be flattered do you have any idea how picky you are ? think about it !

just a person, so if your not interested, do what you would do if the pther person was a girl. i lived in SF for 4 months, and I got hit on all the time, just make it aware you are not interested, Gay men are more polite than straight men in taking a hint. Flattered, yes, but if a girl came on to me, I would be flattered also (and I might actually be interested at that point)

I would just act as if nothing happened but if the gay person continued to hit on me I would definetly let her know that I don't swing that way, but in a good I'm not into fighting with people.

I`ve been hit on by a few lesbians, not because they thought I was a lesbian, but just because they thought I was attractive. I`m always flattered. I see it the same as I see a guy giving me a compliment; I don`t see a difference.

How can they help themselves?? LOL No, really, I treat men and women the same if they are sniffing me out. A really persistent dyke and an annoying man get the same invitation to leave my personal space. I had a woman ask me if she could demo a vibrator for me, and I asked her if she would like to have her teeth knocked down her throat? Which would be the same response to a strange guy who said that to me. If a nice lady is interested in me, I tell her that we can be friends, but I am not lesbian.
