A 14 year old Indonesian boy asking such BIG questions...... I am impressed and compelled to answer.
The greatest philosopher is he who truthfully searches for the truth...... big names mean little. As you have yourself said it, each of us is special in some way or the other.... and no one is s..o very special ..... every plus has a balancing minus in all of us.
I personally believe that religion and God were created by us ....... to my mind that makes them more useful to me..... religion and God really help my mind ease tensions in times of stress and uncertainty. Same with Santa and fairies.... they are meant to give us some pleasure and happiness and so their real existence is in our mind and worth it as long as we can get joy and pleasure through their thoughts.
There is no purpose of our life that anyone else needs to set up... not even God. We have to decide what purpose in life we want to pursue. However, there is one common purpose... and that is to be genuinely happy on a lasting basis. By giving us so much, life teaches us a great lesson.... that the real happiness lies in giving rather than taking.
Even though I can not claim to know all answers, especially when you are asking such big and important questions.... but I hope that my answers above should be of some help to your seraching mind.
Enjoy.... merry Christmas and happy New year to you!!

Our purpose in life is to make the most of it
If someone is more special than we all can't be special so nobody can be more special
God does exist, You wouldn't be asking this question if he didn't
Never to big to believe in fairies but at some point you've got to realise that Santa's preferences in milk and cookies resemble very closely your mum and dad's preferences. Trust me she won't drink it if I put out soy.
The greatest philosopher, I don't think there is any greatest, they are all just part of the process of thought and it's history.

There are people who spend their entire life looking for the answers to those questions. There are other people who think they absolutely know the answers to those questions. There are even other people who don't think those questions have answers. And there are people who don't believe these questions are valid questions to ask, like some people don't think gods exist or life has any particular meaning in the first place.
"Do you know the answers?" is a question that only you know from within yourself.
