Humans are social animals, and need companionship. Despite the expectation that 'relationships' are either 'woah' or 'go' - that is, you're either out of them or in them - we form all sorts of relationships. The relationships people form may be casual, intimate, platonic, familial, professional - and all are important to the human condition.

Like any skill, social skills need practice and have to be used to make them better. It certainly helps people to have social contact, and it's a better way of living to have someone to talk to than not...

I do believe, do not know that we want to connect to the living of same kind. It's recommended to not be too lonely, too hungry or too tired but I know that I need time alone also to reflect. As I am an artist... I need to relax alone often and for many days to contemplate something or other... then when in my mind I've settled something... I go to people and soak up the companionship... then off I go again to be reflective.

Then come love!
