I am mailing a dress to someone in Singapore, and I have the full address, but it just doesn't look right because I am used to mailing things in the US (because we have the city and state and zip code)
The address is set up like this:

Jane Doe
123 Fake Street
Singapore, 288990

The only thing that concerns me is the last line. Is it supposed to have only those two parts to it? Should I write Singapore again under that last line? (Someone told me that you should if it's being sent to another country)

In Singapore, the city, state, etc. are all Singapore. So your address is correct as is. However, since you're sending from another country, it'll probably be better to add Singapore as the last line. Just in case :)

Just add 'Republic of Singapore' to the last line.
