I baked some chocolate cookies (with cake mix) and when they were hot out of the oven...I put an Andes Mint in the middle...and let it melt....sheer heaven!!!!

White chocolate honey wheat pretzels. Mint creme cookies are also great. Take oreos and dip them in white chocolate then immediately put crushed candy cane or crushed peppermint on top. Umm Umm Good!

Ha pennies which is a cheese bread with onion soup mix powder in it baked with an olive in the center. I could eat a two gallon bowl full of them.
