Longtoss is by far the best excercise you can do for your arm pitching wise. Loosening your rotator cuff can do wonders for flexibility in pitching. After you have warmed up with longtoss with a baseball try this:
cut a tenisball and fill it to about 1lb with washers. fill up the rest of the room in the tenis ball with cotton or tape, whatever is most convenient. wrap the outside with white hockey tape or something else that will allow a good grip. see how the baseball feels after throwing this for about 5 min.

If you have weights or have heard about the 10/30s or the 7/21s, then I'd practice those with weights every other day. On the days that you don't lift on, then practice long toss.
Just to clarify what 7/21s are, it's where you grab 2 weights, and lift them in your hands to your shoulder height, so that you create a single line, or a 90 degree with your arm/head. Then do the same, but at a 45 degree angle, and then just lift them straight forward, or at a 0 degree angle.

pitching is not all about arm strength.. you must have proper mechanics to gain good arm strength and control.. practice makes perfect.. i would start out by throwing about 50 pitches a day then gradually work your way up .. in like twenty pitches a week .. if you are gonna be a starter you want stamina also.. running and being in good shape will also help..and before you go and try all these new pitches like a knuckle ball or curve ball .. have some control of your fast ball practice hitting the same spot on a wall or a catchers mitt.. there are several ways to throw a fast ball two seam and four seam. but if you are new to the game.. practice will help.. and pray for a little god given talent.. that always helps.. dont do drugs and stay in school..lol

i'm a pitcher. I've improved a lot by lifting. focusing on wrists and forearms. don't work on shoulders or nything like that. Throw any time u can and focus on long toss. Location is better than speed. so work on your accuracy and focusing in on a target.

Go to weight room 3 times a week . Take it easy , slowly build up that arm. try getting the different weight of baseball for practice.
Most importantly , try not to work TOO hard , it will really take toll on your arm.

Weight training is good, but if you can get deep tissue massage especially around the rotator cuff, front and back, then get the infraspinatus and supraspinatus muscles you'll see a better fluid and strength movement develop over time

Do curls and stretch a lot. Also play catch all the time and try doing longtoss with another teammate or friend.
