When i wake up in the morning i feel like an 80 year old or when i stand up. I just feel so sore. Im just about 30 weeks and since i started out so little i have expanded quite a bit, all boobs and belly. Is this normal to feel all these aches or should i get it checked out?

I'm sorry, but yes, this seems normal. Unfortunately, what passes for normal during pregnancy can be weird and darned uncomfortable.

that is nothing until you reach forty weeks and after giving birth. Just enjoy the time now. Those aches are normal. It is your body trying to overcompensate for the weight of the pregnancy. Make sure you are not swelling a lot around your ankles. Drink lots of water. I am sure you will be just fine.

Im so sorry hun, but sounds to me like your lil one in there is taking its effect on your body.

Weight gained includes 6 to 8 pounds for the weight of the baby. The remaining weight consists of a higher fluid volume, larger breasts, larger uterus, amniotic fluid and the placenta. thats alot of weight just bearing down on your two feet, it will all be worth it in the end.

Yep, perfectly normal. Being pregnant means you're just going to be uncomfortable all-around. A nice bath can always help, or a nice massage from a loved one.

yes, unfortunately, it's normal...as you get closer to your due date, your body begins to get ready for birth, including excreting relaxin (a hormone that relaxes your pelvic joints/tendons and makes you feel like your pelvis is splitting like a wishbone)
ahh, the joys of motherhood :)
tylenol sometimes helps.
