1) Get a bit torrent client, preferably utorrent (http://www.utorrent.com/)
2) Go to Tokyo Toshokan (http://www.tokyotosho.com/) and search for your favorite title.
3) Download the torrent file
4) Run Utorrent and open the torrent file you just downloaded. So long as the anime in question has not been liscensed where you are living it is perfectly legal to get the fansubs. For more info on specific series and whe subs/rips them look them up on AniDB.net

definantly go to Youtube.com, for they have so many anime vidoes on any anime you want! I myself go there to check out all of the Naruto videos, it is pathetically hard limiting yourself to cartoon network (I know...i still watch cartoonnetwork) one night a week for one show! (but totally worth it!)
