It's a nice gesture but at the same time I feel awkward because I only call them on special occasions and forget about the rest of the year.

I always call my dad, I haven't seen him in 10 years and he's 80. I just live too far away and I miss him. Christmas is when I miss him the most.

I often think I should, but its hard for me for some reason. I just don't like talking on the phone. That said, We will talk to our parents, and my great aunt hopefully.

If I don't make calls to relatives I don't talk to the rest of the year I feel guilty.

Yes I call my deceased father's mother.We rarely keep in touch.I only keep in touch with my cousin that lives with her.She is barely around her either.MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!
