Wisdom is the ability to make good decisions. Knowledge is just having information.

When i think of knowledge i visualize the accumulation of facts from books like philosophy, history, etc., from things that you normally see and hear by just been alive. But one can not say that facts alone can turn an individual in a very smart and wise person, unless he gives meanings and positive applications to real life situation to all that facts. I think wisdom is also knowledge but coming from within, it is like your intuition or six sense taping in to a superior fountain that allows you to say or do the right thing at the right moment, to understand a situation or to find a solution to a problem that you've never seen before.

Knowledge is facts, information, stuff you would find in a book. Wisdom is the ability to combine knowledge and life experience into a genuine understanding of the world, and how to act in that world.

I have known some very knowledgeable people who didn't have the common sense of a Brussels sprout. And I have known some people with very little education that through life experience became very successful. Knowledge is just information wisdom is being able to apply it

Logic converts information into knowledge. Knowledge ripened with experience becomes wisdom.

Knowledge is like pure science, whereas wisdom is like applied science.

Wisdom begins where any knowledge ends.

Knowledge is raw data... wisdom the program that can provide fruition to data.

Knowledge is what you learn from books, etc. Wisdom is something more innate. I guess wisdom could be the equivalent of good common sense that comes from within.

I believe wisdom is the practical application of knowledge. Simply knowing something is of little use if you don't know how to make the most of that knowledge.

The second sentence isn't a question! The answer to your question is too deep for elucidation here. Wisdom and knowledge and the understanding thereof is only given to the humble, not to the curious.
