Duac topical prescription is the best I've ever used. It's a simple cream so it's not a bunch of steps like Proactiv. Proactiv is fine if you have time for three steps twice a day. Duac is only at night, and it works great. I got better results than with Proactiv. It's a bit expensive, but it saves you lots of time and will save your skin.

well i use arbone and proactive
if you want to get rid of acne then just follow my procedure:
1) put arbone face mask on (or you can use proavtive they work the same) make sure after 10-15 min that u rinse it off
2) wash your face with arbone scrub
3) wash your face with arbone face cleanser (when it comes to cleanser you're just payin for the name with proactive)
4)after your face is clean of all that soap use arbone toner
5) let that dry then put on proactive lotion if you're going to bed and if its day time then use arbone lotion
what i have just listed is extreme this is my usual rutene
morning: 4&5
night: 3,4&5
ps dont use scrub if you use the masque( it makes your skin dry and raw)
i am living prof that this works
i use to have really really bad acne problems (i have really oily skin too) but now i get compliments on my skin
hope it works for you the way it did for me
oh sorry i forgot dont use liquid foundation for two days while you're using this. you want your skin to get use to the cleaning and it wont do any good to put that stuff on and iritate it- youll break out even more
good luck!

all those chemical compounds would paintings yet do no longer do lots good to your pores and skin. i could recommend you to fill your sink with in basic terms warm water and shop your head above it for a couple of minutes with a towel on remarkable to stop warm air escaping (this opens and cleanses pores) dont touch you face on an identical time as you try this. then run faucet with in basic terms chilly water and splash your face (this closes pores) in case you try this you're turning out to be purifier fit pores and skin. additionally attempt to drink water for the duration of the day it may look obtrusive yet i used to have zits and this helped lots plus its greater no longer expensive and greater useful to your pores and skin.
