I've heard of Americans who pretend to be Canadians when they travel overseas... some actually take bags with the Canadian flag on it!

That I can go anywhere in the world and honestly say, "No, I'm not American, I'm Canadian!" The relieved looks are priceless. But about Canada specifically, I am proud of our socio-democratic government. Our taxes may be higher but it allows for our excellent social programs and enviable health care system.

Tough question. But I guess I would say our free health care.
Falling at close seconds are:
1) Our Canadian music talent (Celine Dion, Shania Twain, Nickelback, Simple Plan, Nelly Furtado)
2) The fact that, although we're similar to Americans, we're not treated poorly by certain people of other countries. Don't get me wrong, I like Americans, but how I see people from other countries treat them is ridiculous.
3) Tim Horton's coffee!

Being able to form coherent sentences is a start.
But I would say that it's our stature on the world stage. Anywhere in the world I have ever traveled makes it clear that they respect Canada and Canadians.

Our ability to not take ourselves, or life in general too seriously. Life is no fun if you can't laugh.
Being a Canadian currently living in the States, I have found this to be very important ;) And of course there are many things about my country I am proud of, but I had to pick one.

we'll we are less ignorant, we have manners, we are very personable and friendly, very approachable and to be honest with you we are smarter than most americans. no offense at all and this is most americans not all....my opinion only but i'm sure most people would agree with me.
by the way canada is not the north pole (as you americans think -> ignorance) oh and yes i agree with the first two, there are less obese people here.
(please don't judge me by my wording i'm just blurting things out here not trying to make proper sentences or anything)
