Yes he was. It's a fact people!! And no....he won't go tot jail..but he should. As well as every one else that was invlved..which was a lot of people.

Marvin P. Bush, the president's youngest brother, was a director at Stratesec from 1993 to fiscal year 2000. But the White House has not publicly disclosed Bush connections in any of its responses to 9/11, nor has it mentioned that another Bush-linked business had done security work for the facilities attacked

Not exactly, but his brother Marvin (I wouldn't make this up) was in fact director of Securacom (aka: Stratesec) until the year 2000. Securacom stock traded under the Kuwait-American Corp banner.
Stratasec did provide security for United Airlines, Dulles International Airport on 9-11.
But, there was no Bush conspiracy. I wish there had been. I don't like any of them. Brother Neil screwed me during the Savings and Loan scandal while Daddy was VP.
I don't like 'em, I don't trust 'em, but there was no Bush conspiracy leading to 9-11. Just incompetence.

wrong. Bush's brother was employed until 2000. A full year before 9/11. Did you bother to do your own research?
And WTC 7 was fulling engulfed in fire from the debris from WTC 1 that fell on top of it. Since it had a counterveillance lobby (first six floors) and diesel fuel line that ran through the fifth floor, in combination with the damage it sustained from wTC 1 collapsing on it, and the fires that were UNFOUGHT for 7 hours;; all of thse factors contributed to its collapse
Please educate yourself instead of repeating the lies of conspiracy theorists.

How do you expect conservatives to even look at your opinion open minded, when conservatives like Polaris think you are talking about Jeb Bush. Oh yeah, Jeb Bush became governor of Florida in 1998, but to supplement his lousy income he took a part time job as head of security at the WTC in New York City. I know, I know, it's quite a long drive for a part time job but hey, the pay was good.
