I would like to give you definite answer...but I've met some dumb girls and i've met some really smart girls.

Some are, some aren't. You just can't generalize. The female brain may have an aptitude for some things (fine motor skills, nurturing, communication, comparison skills, etc.) and perform tasks associated with these skills slightly more readily than a male brain, but may not perform as well in areas that are generally considered to be male aptitudes (large motor skills, eye-hand coordination, task-oriented behavior). How do you say which set of skills is "smarter?" And even if you could come up with a definition of a set of skills that was "smartest," there will always be a woman who can outperform a man in some things, and a man that can outperform a woman in some things. So you just can't generalize.

Not in everything. There's things guys are just smarter with than girls.
But there's also things girls are smarter with than guys.
And I doubt anyone tested every female and male in the world, so who could REALLY know?

Depends on the topic now doesn't it? Females are more developed in communication type skills, so grammar, journalism, languages and all that lot is better.
Males due to centuries of hunting, tracking, and building, visual/ spacial skills are enhanced. Technical, mechanical...more of a hands on type.
Much in the way that when I'm dating I end up cooking...no woman can match me. But its considered a woman's job by untalented males that cant boil water. Cheerrs

There's no perfect answer, on one hand girls seem to be smarter,
but on another hand, for example, why almost all presidents are men ?

Girls are smarter than MOST boys (note: i didnt say all)
Girls can multi-task guys cant.

It really comes down to willingness to learn. The boys, and/or girls, who are willing to learn do. I believe that our school systems don't give children enough of a chance to get involvel with education. It is our loss.
