I'm glad Japan is the way it is. If they had succeeded in winning WW2, perhaps by some luck hitting Pearl earlier while our carriers were there and taking Midway and Hawaii later and storming their way across the Pacific then Japan, not to mention the Philipines and a number of other places would be pretty sorry off with the kind of brutal militant domination that had taken over Japan before the war and ended at it's conclusion.

Japan once administrated a lot of countries and area.

Besides, Japan is currently administrated by a foreign influence, also Japanese animation aren't truly Japanese, they just happened to be merged with Japanese culture to made it easy for 'local consumption'.

The same goes for North America and the rest of the world.

Um, not really. It would be cool because I am part Japanese and I love the culture, but the United States of America would then be called "the United States of Japan". Now that's a bit weird.
