Why don't you wait until the child is old enough to make up her own mind. Maybe she doesn't feel like working to support you at such a young age.

Try a modeling agent with a good reputation. Never go to Barbazon or any of the others you may find in magazines or in newspapers. They are all scams, and you can find more info on how they've scammed people in the past online. Always research the company online first to get other's opinions.
Look around online like craigslist.com for local modeling jobs to get her into the swing of things.

How old is your daughter and are you sure that SHE wants to be a model? Too many parents push their kids into performing...and or modeling. If you are totally serious then you need to consult a modeling agency. They can set you up with a photographer who can make you a portfolio. That can be pretty pricey though.
