I like the name Elizabeth Joy for a movie star name because thare are alot of stars names Elizabeth, but Rose is a really pretty name.

Rose is a beautiful name as well, but for an artist name I would chose Elisabeth Joy, (so I would change the "z" in Elizabeth to an "s"), it sounds quite catching.

Elizabeth Joy is very pretty. Elizabeth Rose is nice, too. Rose Joy is okay, but doesn't seem to flow as well.
