Maybe like H & M, or Charlotte Russe, or Forever 21.

Try a brand like Candie's at Kohl's this dress is like 38 bucks and is cute and not frilly but still really, really nice...

This top with the cherries is cute as well and you can wear with some gauchos andflats or with the matching skirt but that may be too many cherries for some flats, like these....

Good luck and have fun!

PS, if doing the dress, you might like to have a little higher of a shoe...Ashlee said to wear the dress with leggings and flats!

well what kinda money are we talking about now?? try these shops: Maurice's and DEB, try Macy's. go look on the clearance rack first. i don't know if you have those shops i listed. just go to a mall and look. tell her to suck it up and try things on. sometimes after you put it on, you like it better anyway.
