Uninformed, brown nose, rightwing political analysts are already declaring him to be better than Clinton and any other Democrat who's ever served. They can declare him the best but it won't matter to me (or any other liberal) because I know that if someone like Rush Limbaugh or Michael Savage calls him great then he really isn't great, he's horrible.
So, I can't answer your question, it's invalid. There is not such declaration. Most declarations if not all are based on opinion.
