Terrorism: Pull out of the Iraq’s cities we can’t solve their problems. Surround the oil fields, pipelines and refineries. Produce as much oil as possible as fast as possible and ship the product to democratic industrialized nations for $30 per barrel and continue this practice until the oil has been depleted. Use part of the proceeds from the oil to build factories, owned by the Iraqi people collectively and that are producing products for sale, soon they will not need the oil money. Their religious fanatical leaders will have no way to finance terrorism and the common man will be happy having being able to make a living. After the oil reserves are depleted move on to Iran following the same plan. Soon the terrorism will stop either by the will of the people or because these fanatical leaders will have no money to finance their system of theocracy. The Middle East, after 4000 years will be at relative peace.
I also have plans for immigration, gay marriage and bad government.

I am 54, born in the US and not an attorney but I am sick of the way our country is heading. Yahoo only gives you 1000 characters and my original thoughts were over 7000 so I had to trim considerably.
By 2015 the US will be contributing 17% (projected) to global warming, China will be contributing 68% (projected) so this is a case of "Tragedy of the Commons" and not doable without their acting more responsible that we have.
We can fix the economy fairly easily but 3% of the population won't like it.
Gay Marriage is a hot political topic and needs to be addressed sanely.
Illegal immigration from Mexico is a hot topic as well as detrimental to the US economy and solidarity but this can also be fixed while aiding Mexico.
I seriously doubt if I could ever be president (I'm just a common man) but I do have some ideas that may start a grass root effort and be successful.

Things dont' typically got that smoothly, but it sounds like a decent idea. Just a few questions: What's that going to do for global warming? How will china React to the US not giving them oil in accordance with 'most favored nation' (formerly normalized trade relations) law and status?
What about the Economy? And what does Gay marriage have to do with serious issues facing the American People?
Get used to the questioning. You'll get a lot of it.
And one more question. Answer wrong, and you're not allowed to run.
Will you be at least 35 years old by January 20, 2009?

I wouldn't vote for you and I hate bush. Your ideas about oil are far fetched and silly. Have you heard of peak oil? I bet not.
